Welcome to Design Buddy! By accessing or using our plugins and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Design Buddy is an AI assistant that allows users to perform design reviews using a third-party AI API. The service includes sending a snapshot of the selected design section along with a structured design summary (containing metadata such as canvas dimensions, typography, and color information) to our system, which then forwards it to a third-party AI service, and responding back with a written review.
We collect minimal personal information, including user IP, timestamps, and optional text prompts submitted during reviews. We do not store your design screenshots; they are sent directly to a third-party AI service (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing. Text prompts may be retained on our servers for service monitoring and improvement purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API/license key and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to use Design Buddy for lawful purposes only.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Design Buddy plugin and its components, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Mighty Tools.
Design Buddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the plugin.
Mighty Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, Design Buddy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Design Buddy after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
